About Us

Cultivating Communicators, LLC is an evaluation, treatment, and consulting company serving families and school districts across the state of Connecticut. We specialize in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) modes for children who have limited to no verbal communication. We believe that everyone has something to say. Using a person-centered approach, we determine an appropriate communication mode,  and then teach the child, family, and team how to incorporate that mode into daily activities at home and at school.

Cultivating Communicators, LLC also provides evaluation, treatment, and consultation in the areas of articulation, phonology, receptive language, expressive language, and pragmatic language. We are experienced meeting the unique needs of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) as well as those with intensive medical conditions.
